Criação e acompanhamento do Budget de Custos Variáveis. Supervisão, controle e melhora contínua de gastos e horas de serviços assignadas por conta. Solicitante de investimentos de ChemFeed, Lab Supply, manutenção, serviços e outros WFs acordados com o Area Manager. Acompanhamento de gastos de T&L da equipe. Gerenciar através do plano de geração de valor de todos os clientes chave (Platinum, Gold, etc). Estabelecer reuniões frequentes (semestrais ou trimestrais) com decisores técnicos nos clientes Platinum ou chave, para apresentação de relatórios técnicos de resultados, com o fim de garantir o cumprimento da proposta técnica, identificando outros pontos de melhoria do serviço, revisando o plano de geração de valor. Supervisionar a entrega das metas e estratégia de digitalização em todo o distrito (junto ao Project Leader de Digital). Revisor e aprovador (junto à área manager e ao account manager) das propostas de serviços, para novas contas, e de investimentos, para que estejam de acordo com a necessidade e com o cumprimento da proposta. Trabalhar junto com Sourcing e outras áreas para stabelecer políticas de controle e gestão de serviços contratados (EHS, Logística, Contratos, multas, padres, etc.). Estabelecerá, monitorará e reportará políticas padrão de serviços para o distrito. Adequar o branding de uniformes e equipamentos. Definirá políticas de gestão de Warehouse junto a EHS, Sourcing e Logística. Reportará ao Area Manager as métricas, desafios e conquistas. Indicadores chave: Custos Variáveis, T&L, C&B, Produtividade, Digitalização, existência de manuais operacionais. Focal Point de EHS do distrito, acompanhamento das métricas, promotor da cultura de trabalho seguro de toda sua equipe, participará em revisões com líderes regionais de EHS, auditará setores onde trabalha funcionários da empresa com o fim de encontrar oportunidades de melhorias de segurança, participará ativamente na investigação de acidentes junto a equipe de EHS.
