Descrição Área e especialização profissional: Recursos Humanos - Treinamento e Desenvolvimento Nível hierárquico: Analista Local de trabalho: Campinas, SP Terceira CLT Cargo: Analista de Treinamento Sênior SALÁRIO: 4.400,00 BENEFÍCIOS: VR 30,00 por dia, fretado, convênio médico, cesta, PLR, Seguro de vida HORÁRIO DE TRABALHO: precisam ter laptop próprio e o trabalho deverá ser híbrido – 3x na semana presencialmente em Campinas - das 8h às 18h (segunda a quinta) e das 8h às 17h (sexta-feira) NECESSÁRIO INGLÊS AVANÇADO ATIVIDADES DO CARGO / PERFIL DESEJADO Formação em Administração de Empresas ou áreas afins Ótimos conhecimentos em inglês para preparar apresentações, “executive summary reports”, participar em reuniões (inglês avançado ou fluente) Bons conhecimentos em plataformas de treinamento Conhecimentos da metodologia Ágil, especiamente DevOps RESPONSABILIDADES Atualizar semanalmente o portal do Aurora Manter atualizados os materials de Onboarding Dar suporte à gerência nos Onboarding a serem realizados aos novos colaboradores (Aplicar NPS/ Verificar participantes/ Convites aos participantes/ Seguir trilha do Onboarding) Produzir o treinamento para equipe interna com valor (time Aurora) – alinhado com a gerência da área e Aurora HUB e Learning Path Disponibilizar treinamento aos colaboradores Estar alinhado com a área de comunicação para divulgar treinamento aos colaboradores Verificar todos os dias a caixa de e-mail de Treinamentos (aurora trainings) e responder no máximo em 24h Participar das dailys da área de Change Management e de Treinamento Analisar feedbacks dos treinamentos e métricas Planejar ciclos de treinamento Auxiliar nos treinamentos aos usuários finais (SAP 4/Hana transformação digital) – suporte que for necesário na área Exigências Escolaridade Mínima: Ensino Superior Inglês (Avançado - Requerido)

RESPONSIBILITIES ? Talent Acquisition / HR ? Develop and build impactful relationships with candidates, using worldwide class recruitment and support techniques. ? Ensure talent growth of Deep Blue Ventures REQUIREMENTS Education and/or experience ? Certificate, diploma or degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related discipline ? Fluent English ? Minimum (1)+ year experience as a recruiter, with in-depth knowledge of best practices Experience with setting up project management tools ? (1)+ year experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing NOT a must ? Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) ? Brownie points if you know Notion and Clickup – NOT a must ? You have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail. ?
