Billing & Collections Analyst at BD We are looking for a Billing & Collections Analyst to join our Finance Team. Your goal will be to monitor accounts receivable and ensure we bill our customers correctly. Process new contracts and sales. Collaborate with other departments to ensure billing accuracy. Keep track of accounts receivable and transactions. Prepare and present analytical reports. Support monthly and quarterly audits and clean ups. Resolve any issues or mistakes. Here’s what we are looking for: 1+ years of proven experience as a Billing Analyst or similar accounting role. Good knowledge of electronic billing procedures. Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel). Excellent communication ability. Attention to detail. Teamwork skills. Descrição Área e especialização profissional: Contábil, Finanças, Economia - Fiscal Nível hierárquico: Analista Local de trabalho: Eusébio, CE Responsabilidades: Elaborar as apurações de tributos indiretos envolvendo os ICMS, bem como apuração do IPI, PIS e COFINS e encaminhar guias de pagamento para o contas a pagar; Renovar os Certificados Digitais; Acompanhar, validar e emitir Certidões Negativas; Validar as retenções e conciliação dos pagamentos de impostos Federais (IRRF, PIS/COFINS/CSSL); Orientar clientes internos e externos sobre a legislação e destaque dos tributos indiretos; Gerar e enviar obrigações acessórias aos governos federal, estaduais e municipais; Conciliar as notas fiscais lançadas pelos assistentes; Apurar e recolher os impostos indiretos; Geram arquivos e envia-los para os governos estaduais; Monitorar notas fiscais em transito de todas as unidades; Auxiliar a elaboração das demandas de acompanhamento e análise de intimações estaduais; Emitir notas fiscais de importação de produtos.
