Video Editor and Social Media Coordinator We are seeking a highly motivated, proactive, and talented Video Editor and Social Media Coordinator to join our team. This role is critical in crafting engaging short-form content by interacting with influencers, requesting content, and editing it for marketing purposes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in video editing, social media management, and e-commerce, with the ability to work effectively in a fully remote team environment. Responsibilities Proactively reach out to influencers for content collaboration, ensuring a steady flow of material for marketing campaigns. Edit raw footage from influencers into compelling short-form content suitable for various social media platforms, aligning with our brand's voice and goals. Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement content strategies that support our business objectives. Monitor social media trends and analytics to guide content creation and strategy adjustments. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall strategy with creative ideas and insights. Requirements More than 2 years of experience in video editing, with a portfolio that demonstrates skills in creating engaging short-form content. Over 3 years of experience in managing social media platforms, with a proven track record of growing engagement and effectively communicating a brand's message. Experience in the e-commerce sector, with an understanding of its dynamics and marketing strategies. Excellent command of English, both written and spoken. A proactive attitude, with the ability to take initiative and work independently. Strong teamwork skills, with experience working in remote teams. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
