Job Description & How to Apply BelowAre you a S ite Manager  with  retail fitout  experience?Do you want to be part of the team delivering some of the best retail fitouts within the M4 corridoor?How would you like to be part of a family owned and ran business since 1969, with massive growth plans?We are looking for a strong  Site Manager  with fit out/ build experience, to come in a run projects within our retail fit out arm of the business. We have already partnered with some of our biggest high street brands, and work is booked up with them well in to 2023.The role is going to be a fast-paced one, with a lot of responsibility. You will be expected to deliver high quality work, to tight timescales and specific budgets. Time is crucial on these projects as you will know ( if you are already delivering in the retail fitout space ), so you will need to know how to orgianise the site and its trades, to maximise efficiency.What you will need;You will need all of the normal tickets to run the retail site.Be able to drive - The projects are in a few locations typically within the M4 corridoorCan do attitude with a great attention to detail - We have to please our clients.What you will get;Salary between £40k - £60k (Depending on experience), plus van and fuel card, and a strong benfits package.We will be expanding and you could carve out an opportunity to grow with us.If this sounds like an opportunity that might be good for you, please reach out ASAP.
